The Magic Of The Moon

Symbols & Spirit

Inspiration for my handcrafted pieces comes from the art and design of our ancient cultures. The beauty of our ancestors’ creations carries its own story, and I infuse these inspirations and sagas into these designs so they can be worn, be felt by touch and heart, and passed on through the generations.

I work intuitively with no plans, no sketches, and no preconceived ideas. This freedom brings me joy that is infused into the very essence of each piece. Every line, curve, and texture emerges in this creative process, allowing the Silver to speak and reveal the form it was destined to take.

My pieces are not just jewellery; they are handcrafted talismans, amulets, totems.

Each is a ballad to the ancient artists whose names may have been forgotten, but their artistry still lives on in echoes all around us.

The Mystical Magic Of Silver

Why I Adore Silver

Silver is a very spiritual metal; it conjures the Moon, reflecting a lunar light through your jewellery.

The Silver I use is even more magical – Argentium – an incredible innovation in silversmithing; it’s tarnish‑resistant, contains no allergens, and is 94% Silver (higher quality than Sterling Silver).

I adore working with Argentium because I can work intuitively – there’s a magical, alchemical moment when you’re heating it carefully and the surface changes to a mercury‑like wet sheen and glides, immediately wanting to embrace the rest of your design.

It’s exciting and terrifying – it takes nerves of steel; hold the heat a millisecond too long and you’re left with a puddle of Silver. If you can pause mid‑work, you can gaze at the flowing molten Silver pieces as they become one.

When it’s quenched, I can hold that piece in my hands knowing that’s the shape it wanted to be.

As the Modernist sculptor Barbara Hepworth said, “The really important thing seems to be the sculptor’s ability to let his intuition guide him… the material has vitality — it resists and makes demands.”

Why Choose Spellbinding Silver?

My handcrafted Silver pieces invite you to fall into their moonlight glow, enduring allure and timeless beauty – treasures you’ll want to wear for a lifetime.

Explore Your History

My pieces are inspired by the art and design of our ancestors, especially through the neolithic and Bronze Age periods. Bronze has been used to craft gorgeous jewellery for over 5,000 years.

Materials

I choose the very best materials for my work. For this collection I use Argentium Silver - it's 94% silver and higher quality than Sterling Silver. With only Silver, Copper and Germanium in the alloy, it's hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant.

True Individuality

Every piece I make is unique. I don't use moulds or formers, every piece is handcrafted from the raw materials. Every bend, every hammer blow and every adornment can never be exactly replicated.

Timeless Treasures

When designs come from the heart and are built on inspirations built up over thousands of years, they're not a fast fashion fad; they're not a one season wonder: they're ageless.

Quality

I only ever present to you the pieces I'd be delighted to gift to people I truly care about. For this, Quality matters. I want the time, love and care that I put into these pieces to shine through.

The Ultimate Heirloom

When a piece of jewellery can withstand the rigours of being buried for millenia, they're made to last. They can be handed down for many generations to come.

The Legacy Of Silver

Origins & Allure

Silver has purity, elegance, and a legacy that spans millennia.

First worked by humans over 5,000 years ago, it was mined in Anatolia and the islands of the Aegean, traded along ancient routes, and treasured for its luminous beauty. Silver adorned royalty, marked sacred rites, and carried the symbols of protection and connection through countless generations.

With the advent of Argentium, this noble metal has been reimagined – brighter, more enduring, and naturally resistant to tarnish, it honours tradition while embracing innovation.

From intricate adornments to treasured heirlooms, Silver’s versatility and quiet strength have made it a constant companion to human history.

It’s no wonder our ancestors cherished it. The only question is why we ever let its magic fade…
