Returns & Aftercare Promise
Every piece from Stuff By Rox comes with a 14-day no-quibble returns policy — whether you bought it at an event I attended or through the website. There's no disadvantage to buying in person, and no hoops to jump through if something isn't right.
Returns
To return a piece, simply get in touch within 14 days of receiving or purchasing it. The piece should come back in the same condition it left — unworn and unaltered. Once received, a full refund will be issued promptly.
If a piece arrives with a fault, that’s on me — I’ll cover the return postage and put things right without question.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. I know that’s not always what people want to hear, but it keeps prices fair for everyone.
My Promise
When one of my pieces finds its forever home, it’s the start of a new journey for it. Jewellery that’s made with love, care and quality materials should last longer than many lifetimes. Every piece is made to find its forever home, and that means I’m here to help for that long journey ahead.
If your piece ever needs cleaning, resizing, or requires a small adjustment, just get in touch. Unless a piece needs a radical redesign at your request, this service is always free. The only cost to you is postage if the piece needs to travel.
Alterantively, find me at a market and bring it along. I can often clean or resize it on the spot while you wait. That’s my favourite way to do it because I can make sure it’s all done just for you.
