Labradorite Crescent Moonlight – Breathtaking Argentium Silver Moon Phases Pendant with Exquisite Labradorite Handcrafted By Rox
It may not be to everyone’s tastes, but I think big pieces of Labradorite are beautiful. And whilst ‘subtle’ isn’t a word that comes into my mind when I’m making, this Labradorite has a beautiful subtlety to the colour. Green and yellow streak across the piece in bands like the Aurora Borealis; a gentle beautiful play of light that invites you to sit, relax and just enjoy…

Pendant
Pendants are among the earliest forms of jewellery and artistic expression, the first evidence of a decorated piece is over 41,500 years old. They could be made from animal teeth, shells, and stones, used as amulets, talismans and symbols of power. Across cultures, pendants carry deep symbolic meaning; from Ancient Egyptian scarabs to modern designs, they remain a timeless symbol of resilience and our heritage. A pendant is more than just jewellery, it carries a story and the love of the wearer, suspended close to the heart.
Moon Phases
The Moon Phases design captures the entire lunar cycle in one piece — from dark new moon through waxing crescent, full glory, and waning release. It’s a complete story told in light and shadow, a reminder that everything moves through phases.
I’m drawn to moon imagery because the moon teaches patience. She doesn’t rush her changes, doesn’t skip steps, doesn’t apologise for her dark phases. She simply moves through her cycle with perfect trust that fullness will return. There’s wisdom in that.
Wearing the moon phases is a quiet declaration that you understand cycles. That you don’t fight the waning times or cling to the full ones. That you’ve learned to flow with the rhythm rather than against it.
Every phase of the moon has its own energy, its own gift. The new moon invites new beginnings. The waxing moon builds momentum. The full moon illuminates everything. The waning moon releases what’s no longer needed. This design holds all of them, the complete cycle.
I create Moon Phases pieces for the people who live by lunar rhythms, whether literally or metaphorically. Those who understand that sometimes you’re meant to shine and sometimes you’re meant to rest. Those who’ve stopped judging their own phases.
There’s something deeply grounding about wearing the whole cycle. It’s a reminder that whatever phase you’re in right now is temporary and necessary, part of something larger that keeps moving, keeps cycling, keeps renewing.
The moon has been humanity’s original timekeeper, the first calendar, the great teacher of cycles. Long before clocks and calendars, we watched her phases and learned that everything changes, and that change is not loss but transformation.
My Moon Phases design captures that complete teaching in wearable form. Each phase is distinct but connected, part of a story that has no real beginning or end. It’s meditation on impermanence rendered in metal.
These pieces speak to the moon-watchers, the cycle-trackers, the people who feel the pull of lunar energy in their bones. Whether you follow the moon literally or simply appreciate her wisdom, this design is a talisman of cyclical living.
Argentium Silver
You may not have heard of Argentium Silver, but I use it in all of my silver designs. Invented in the late 20th century, it was developed to resist tarnish and hold a radiant shine. It is hypoallergenic, made from 100% recycled silver, and offers a higher purity than standard Sterling Silver — combining beauty, comfort, and responsibility in one material.
Argentium Silver is a modern silver alloy named after the Latin word for silver, Argentum. Created in the 1990s, it replaces some of the copper found in traditional silver with germanium, making it naturally tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic. I choose it for its bright finish, durability, and sustainable origins.
I love working with Argentium Silver because it responds beautifully to heat, allowing me to create effects that aren’t possible with traditional silver. It’s a very modern creation – tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and made from recycled silver — a material that supports both creative freedom and long-lasting wear.
There are many reasons I use Argentium Silver — its high quality, resistance to tarnish, and hypoallergenic nature among them. Invented just a few decades ago and crafted from recycled silver, it offers a brighter finish and greater purity than standard Sterling Silver, making it both a pleasure to work with and to wear.

Labradorite
True beauty in jewellery comes from the stone it honours. In this creation, I selected Labradorite to proudly take centre stage. Labradorite, often called the fire stone, is steeped in legend. One myth tells of a warrior shattering a mystical rock, releasing the aurora borealis into the sky—its fragments became sacred labradorite.
Bezel
In jewellery, bezels are used to cradle and hold a stone within a design. Sometimes, the whole piece may act as a bezel, and in others, the bezel may be separate and removable. In this piece, the lustrous Argentium Silver bezel combines with the carefully selected Labradorite beautifully.
